Exchange & Return policy

At Cape Hideaway Boutique, we do our best to ensure you are pleased with your purchase by providing accurate sizing and a fair exchange policy. We understand buying online can be tricky, that's why we offer easy exchanges or if we cant offer a different size due to low stock, a credit note will be issued in the form of a code for checkout (valid for 12 months).

We do not offer refunds in the case of incorrect sizing or a change of mind. Refunds are only issued if garment is deemed faulty. Please choose carefully and if you are unsure about sizing please feel free to contact us.

Item’s must be returned and received within 14 days of purchase date, unworn, no stains or marks, swing tags intact and attached. The item must be returned in the original packaging in which it was received eg. dust bag, shoe box, hygiene sticker etc.

We do not accept returns on sale items or items that are part of a promotion.

Buyer is responsible for all costs associated with postage.

Cape Hideaway reserves the right to refuse returns if the above conditions are not met by the customer.

For local customers, we are happy to accept returns in person.

 

For Returns

Please email us at roseannacapehideaway@gmail.com with your name, order number, what you are returning and why. Our returns address will be supplied when return is approved. Refund will be processed when we receive the stock back and the conditions are met as stated above. We will either send back the exchanged size via regular post or a credit note will be issued via email.

 

Security Policy

When purchasing from Cape Hideaway, card details are transmitted through a secure server using (name of product). Card data is not hosted by Cape Hideaway after processing.
